Management Team

Erica Hamilton, Founder & Managing Director

Erica has spent the past twelve years assisting companies and organizations source and evaluate candidates and employees; and assisting individuals define their talents, identify their goals and create an action, oriented blueprint for success. Erica has built a strong portfolio of skills working in the corporate and non-profit sectors, with tenures at firms such as Goldman Sachs, Citi, Prep for Prep and Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO).

Erica has worked with diverse populations of all ages offering creative and thoughtful advice and guidance for building the life you want. Erica has developed and conducted sessions for individuals and groups focused on: defining personal and professional goals and building a “realistic” blueprint for success.

Erica spent several years working at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division in the area of Human Capital Management. Among her many accomplishments at Goldman Sachs, Erica built a successful diversity recruiting practice and was the Co-Head of the Analyst Recruiting Program.  In addition, Erica also designed and implemented the IBD Diversity Forum offering hundreds of minority students their first introduction to and education on the financial services industry and Goldman Sachs. Erica also brings her passion for sourcing and nurturing talent to the non-profit sector, most recently launching the Wharton Non Profit Board Leadership Program to train and place MBA students on the boards of local non-profit organizations.

Erica holds an MBA from the Wharton School, an MPA from the Wagner Graduate School for Public Service and an
AB from Harvard University. She is married, has two children and resides in Brooklyn.


Rich Jacobs, Vice President, External Affairs

Rich has a wealth of knowledge and experience having spent over a decade working in the private, non-profit and academic sectors. Rich's’ experiences include a three year tenure at Goldman Sachs, as a member of the Investment Banking Division’s Analyst Program Management Team.

During his tenure at Goldman Sachs, Rich assisted in recruiting hundreds of students from campuses nationwide and
supported the management of interview Super Days at the NYC headquarters. In addition, while at Goldman Sachs, Rich
was integrally involved in launching and managing events targeting underrepresented populations with a focus on: developing industry focused educational events and helping candidates navigate the challenges of the recruiting and interviewing processes. Rich was also a member of the team responsible for launching Goldman Sachs’ first ever IBD Diversity Forum focused on educating and exposing diversity candidates to the investment banking industry.

Rich holds a M.Ed. from Temple University and a B.A. from the University of South Florida. Rich spends much of his time working with young adults and resides
in Philadelphia.
