* Candidates submitting all application information by Round 1 will be given full consideration for certain opportunities (e.g. travel stipend, invite only events)
**After Round 1 candidates will be considered and notified of admission to the Forum on a first come first serve basis for any remaining seats
*** Applicants failing to provide written notification of their desire to attend the Forum risk forfeiting their seat
