The Forum will provide a unique opportunity for participants to gain a tailored introduction to the state of the industry, potential career paths and resources available to assist students to prepare for the challenges of launching a career search while balancing the demands of graduate school. Sessions will focus on topics of interest for both women and diversity candidates seeking to jumpstart their career search process before starting school in the fall.

· Business Presentations: Sessions to explain roles/groups typically seeking candidates with graduate degrees
· Keynote Addresses: Breakfast, Luncheon, Reception
· Panels: Day in the Life, Finding a Summer Internship, Integrating Work & Family
Following the Forum, all participants will receive ongoing, one-on-one counseling to refine their resumes and develop a proactive, job search plan. Students interested can file an application to attend beginning March 19.
*The Graduate Diversity Forum seeks to improve the pipeline of diversity candidates historically underrepresented in the management ranks of industries in the public and private sectors including: women, African Americans/Blacks, Latinos/Hispanics, Native Americans & Pacific Islanders.
